BREAKING: Company-Wide Network Outage Disables FastPass, MaxPass, Apps on Both Coasts

A significant company-wide network outage has wreaked havoc with park-goers both at Disneyland and at Walt Disney World. The network outage has disabled the My Disney Experience app as well as the Disneyland app, plus all online reservation systems.

It seems as if these outages are becoming more commonplace in the past few months, but the previous outages usually affected WDW systems, while the Disneyland systems have been generally unaffected. This time, it seems as though it’s a much more significant issue.

As of right now, guests can not make or redeem FastPass/MaxPass reservations nor make dining or hotel reservations through the My Disney Experience app, the Disneyland app, or online. The new Play Disney Parks app is also affected, as is the automated room-ready notification system at Disney resorts.

Stay tuned to WDWNT for updates on this breaking news about the breaking network at the Walt Disney Company.

  1. Anything that was done before the outage is fine, it’s just the logging on you can’t do currently. So you can redeem fastpasses just fine (I’m in the parks today and not had a problem entering post-outage)

  2. No wonder why you’re not considered media anymore by Disney if you keep bashing them like that. Smh.

    • yeah… best think only good thoughts or someone may wish you into the corn field!
