Matt Smith (“Doctor Who”) has officially joined the cast of “Star Wars: Episode IX”. Not much is known of Smith’s role, but according to Variety it will be a key role in the film.

So, this week, we saw a Hobbit and Doctor Who join the cast of Star Wars: Episode IX. Maybe we will see a James Bond, Aliens or Matrix actor join the cast next.
