Halloween Time has arrived at the Disneyland Resort, and this year there are more ways to celebrate with special food than ever before. One of the most interesting food items during the event can be found at the Golden Horseshoe Saloon in Disneyland Park.

 

Churro Sundae – $7.49

The Churro Sundae features cookie dough ice cream with cookie butter sauce garnished with a cinnamon sugar dusted churro, caveat, and whipped cream. It’s actually more simple than it sounds though, but it is brilliant in its simplicity.

The churro was seemingly made for ice cream, and cookie dough ice cream is hard to beat on a hot September day. The cookie butter sauce was pretty much akin to caramel, but it didn’t make the sundae a disappointment. If the churro bites cereal sundae at Hungry Bear Restaurant is a bit too much for you, than you should probably mosey on down to the Golden Horseshoe for this Halloween Time treat.
