The long-standing counter service restaurant at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, The Pepper Market, will be undergoing a name change this week.

The new name will be “El Mercado De Coronado”.

The restaurant has already been undergoing a makeover, as we showed in a recent report.

The name change is part of the ongoing reimagining of the resort which includes a new tower, restaurant over the lake, and more.
