We told you last week that Mobile Order was expanding at Disneyland again, this time adding in the Tiki Juice Bar in front of Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room which serves the famous pineapple Dole Whip. Stopping by this weekend we were able to see firsthand how the mobile order works at the cramped counter.
Refurbishment work continues on the Tiki Garden, but the Tiki Juice Bar is still open and serving.
Mobile order picks-up at the back of the stand now. The register back there is not accepting orders from inside of the Tiki Garden, it has become mobile order only with guests waiting around for their order to be made.
The line for Dole Whip seems to have shrunk just a bit, but still expect upwards of 25+ minutes if you chose to go standby for the dessert.
With mobile order we were able to place our order, pay, and receive a Dole Whip Float in under 5 minutes. You can’t beat that!
On the Disneyland App you have the option for Tiki Juice Bar now, under Disneyland. You can select your arrival window as well.
The full menu is available (no longer including pineapple spears and fruit bowls as they were removed to streamline service all around) including bottled and just pineapple juice.
No discounts at this time for the Tiki Juice Bar.
And boom, click ‘I’m here, prepare my order’ and the stand will get a notification you are here so they can freshly prepare your frozen treat.
Overall it’s a huge time saver to use mobile order for a Dole Whip. We’ve walked by countless times and thought ‘hey I would enjoy that, but I’m not waiting in line’. Now with mobile order here you don’t need to worry about a crazy long line.
As a reminder this is one of two locations added to Disneyland Mobile Order recently, with the other being Bayside Brews at Disney California Adventure. That means you can mobile order beer without waiting in a long line, sometimes one that’s longer than Dole Whip.
