Walt Disney World Introduces V.I.PASSHOLDER Phone, Online, and Email Support Service for Annual Passholders

Introducing V.I.PASSHOLDER Support, a new service available exclusively for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders.

The dedicated support service offers a Passholder phone line, an online chat, and email support. The service is designed to give Passholders easier access to information about their passes, such as what benefits are included in their pass, assistance with the My Disney Experience app, as well as providing recommendations on what to do and see in the parks.

The V.I.PASSHOLDER Support service is available to all Passholders seven days a week, from 7am to 11pm, by calling the number at (407) 939-7277. The online chat is available at disneyworld.com/passholder-program and the email address is disney world.disney.go.com/help/email/annual-passholder/.

For assistance in the parks, Passholders are still encourage to go to guest relations or a vacation planning window.
