Disneyland Paris Announces Full Slate of Events for 2019: Star Wars, Pirates and Princesses, Marvel, Lion King and More

Disneyland Paris just released their 2019 calendar of events and we have all of the info for you! The official tweets can be seen here.

Disneyland Paris will be joining the rest of the Disney family by celebrating 90 years of Mickey this Halloween and Christmas Season! We all know and love this time of year!

Disneyland Paris announced they will be continuing the commitment to childhood. Because children are our future, I’m sure that Walt would be extremely proud of this one.

For those that are looking for a little more excitement, the beginning of the new year will host two awesome events: “Legends of the Force: A Celebration of Star Wars” and “Festival of Pirates and Princesses.” Both events will run from January 19th through March 17th in 2019.  If you don’t remember, the Festival of Pirates and Princesses was one of our favorite events at ANY Disney Park last year.

March will be a big month because on March 16, 2019 the Marvel Super Heroes will be coming back to the parks. The supers return to Disneyland Paris March 23rd until June 16th, 2019. Who else can’t get enough Groot?

Late June to September of 2019 will host a special new event called “The Lion King and Jungle Festival.” The festival is to be a celebration combining the classic Disney movies The Lion King and The Jungle Book. This is going to be accompanied by the new Lion King Musical that will be premiering in the summer of 2019 in the recently renovated Chaparral Theater in Frontierland.

Of course, Disneyland Paris will also be showcasing their unique new season merchandise that isn’t going to be available at any other Disney parks. They also announced that food and beverage offerings are getting a revamp.

The Disneyland Paris twitter account said “In 2019, get ready for new culinary experiences that are more varied and immersive than ever.” With increasing demands, look for that to mean there would be more vegan and dairy-free options coming.
