A look at what the Play Disney Parks Pins will look like for Peter Pan’s Flight achievement.

Once completing quests and gaining the digital achievements while waiting in the queue for Peter Pan’s Flight, Space Mountain and Toy Story Mania!, guests have the option to then purchase these new trading pins at merchandise locations near the attractions. These commemorative pins share the same badge design from within the app.

As shown in a message when interacting with the Play Disney Parks app, the pins will cost $14.99 plus tax.

Similar to the popularity of PinQuest within the Magic Kingdom, and now recently Animal Kingdom, where guests can experience a new way to explore the theme park while picking up commemorative pins for their achievements, the Play Disney Parks app can add new collectibles to your own trading pin collection in a similar way. This is another new way for guests to have a magical souvenir to take home with them after experiencing some of the extra magic within these attractions.

With this added experience starting at a few of the more popular attractions, it will be interesting to see if these commemorative badges will be added to other attractions in the future. Attractions such as Slinky Dog Dash and Soarin’, that already have longer wait times, could benefit from an added bonus to the challenges already included within the Play Disney Parks app.

Will you be proudly wearing your digital achievements with pride the next time you go to the parks? Hurry, as these pins are only available while supplies last.
