As we told you earlier this week, the cable installation process has begun for the Disney Skyliner starting at the Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The lowest wires on either side are those that will carry the gondolas from Studios to the main station at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
The cable installation will continue over the coming months, leading to the eventual opening of the Disney Skyliner sometime in 2019.

That’s not the haul rope, it’s just a guide wire for installation. You will know the haul rope when you see it.
you’re right they sure will know that rope and they see it! I dug every pit for every tower that is standing
Those pylon, or poles, are not attractive. Sorry Diz.
They’re no less attractive than monorail supports and no one complains about the aesthetics of those because their focus is on the mode of transport rather than its supports. I think it’s a tad unfair to expect theming the towers. Not everything should be themed.
