Get out your binoculars and safari hats, there’s a whole new line of merchandise to discover while you’re out on safari at Animal Kingdom.
This is a cross-body bag, similar to one they sell over in Pandora: The World of Avatar. I think it would make a really good bag for the parks if you plan on packing light.
There are several new adult t-shirts, all themed to either the Kilimanjaro Safari attraction or the Harambe Wildlife Reserve.
This hat is fun. It’s faux distressed and comes with four pins attached to it. It’s an adult size.
This mug has the three main safari logos on it, with a picture of Africa on the bottom. It reminds me of the kind of mug you take camping. And it’s a surprisingly good deal, as far as Disney mugs go.
Here are the kids apparel options so far:
It’s a bucket hat, and it’s reversible. Kids like bucket hats, right?
This is my favorite find from the new set. Open-edition pins for both the Harambe Wildlife Reserve and the Kilimanjaro Safaris.
And last but not least, this fun puzzle. It sort of mimics the signage from all around Harambe Village and I find it very charming.
The majority of this merchandise is available at Island Mercantile on Discovery Island in Animal Kingdom. It should also be available at the Mombasa Marketplace. While you’re on safari, be sure to say hi to the new baby giraffe!
