Starting last month, Pecos Bill’s at the Magic Kingdom began serving a “taco of the month” trio. The month of October brought us buffalo chicken tacos, which were quite good, but November brings us the Mojo Pork tacos.

Mojo Pork Tacos ($10.99)

The Mojo Pork tacos can’t be mixed with other taco options sadly, but that ended up being a good thing as you’ll probably want three of these.

Without a doubt, this is the most flavorful and tender meat ever served at Pecos Bill’s. It is bursting with flavor, well complimented by the mounds of cilantro cream, Queso Blanco cheese, and pickled onions that come on top of it. The tacos themselves are loaded with meat, making for quite the filling meal. It is really a shame these will be gone in about 30 days, we would love for the tacos to stay or be able to order the fajitas platter with Mojo Pork replacing the beef.

So make sure you get these before they are gone, and be sure to let cast members know how much you love them. Hopefully the mojo pork can become a menu staple.
