Guy Fieri at the 2019 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival
Saturday, March 9, 2019 – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Palisades Stage
A little heat, a little rock ‘n’ roll, and a whole lot of fun occurs as Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri cooks up excitement on the Palisades Stage. Watch as Guy Fieri lights up the night in a fun, 60-minute live presentation that includes demonstrating a few of his favorite dishes. You’ll also learn how Guy got his start and how a pretzel cart was key to his future success. Following the presentation, you’re invited to attend an afterparty at Paradise Garden Grill where you may sample a few of the dishes prepared on stage. Ticketed event Guests may enjoy a complimentary cocktail or non-alcoholic specialty beverage as they enter the seating area. Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

Dinner with the Disney Chefs
Thursday, March 28, 2019 – 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, The Vineyard Room, Golden Vine Winery
Celebrate the release of the new Disney Festivals cookbook and enjoy a four course meal prepared by three of the featured Disney chefs, Culinary Director Chef John State, Chef de Cuisine Jimmy Weita, and Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Marc Viallet, with a delightfully-paired beverage menu curated by Disney Sommelier Jeannie Villarreal-Bissell. The chefs will be available following the event to sign purchased copies of the cookbook. A limited quantity of the Disney Festivals Cookbook will be available for purchase at the event.

Carthay Circle Winemaker Receptions
Friday, March 22 and Friday, April 19, 2019 – 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Carthay Circle Restaurant
Join celebrated winemakers and wine industry experts for an intimate evening enjoying an outstanding selection of wines and hors-d’oeuvres.

In the Kitchen with… and Sweet Sundays
Sundays, March 3 to April 21, 2019 – 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Palisades Stage
What’s on the menu? Pure entertainment as a guest chef turns up the heat to create a signature dish live on the Palisades Stage. The event begins with a light buffet breakfast, which will include a sample of the chef’s dish as well as a sparkling toast. Coffee, tea, and water will also be available. Following the demonstration, ticketed Guests are invited to take a photo with the visiting chef.
