The Minnie-Inspired Sundae starts with espresso chip gelato. Then they add cherry compote, creme-filled cookies, and a chocolate-dusted artisan churro. Lastly, they top it with whipped cream and a chocolate bow. All coffee lovers should flock to The Golden Horseshoe to try this ice cream sundae. The espresso chip gelato is delicious on its own, but when you add in the chocolate churro and the chocolate creme-filled cookies it rises to new levels. The cherry compote was a nice touch. It added a nice level of sweetness to the taste of the espresso chip gelato. Minnie Mouse is a big part of the “Get Your Ears On” celebration and this dessert is definitely a great way to pay homage to one of the greatest characters in entertainment history.
