Menu Changes Scheduled for La Hacienda de San Angel in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion

Changes to La Hacienda de San Angel’s menu are scheduled to go into effect on Sunday, February 10. Several items have been removed from the menu, but several new additions have been added as well.

New Additions to the Starters Menu:

Tlayudas – $12.00
Oaxacan tostada, barbacoa beef, chipotle black beans, chorizo, Mexican sour cream and pickled onions

Sopes de Chorizo – $13.00
Chorizo, potato, chipotle black beans, Mexican sour cream, queso fresco and salsa verde

Cazuela de Camaron – $14.00
Shrimp and chorizo tossed with shishito and red bell peppers, mixed vegetables in a spicy tamarind sauce.

Items Removed from the Starters Menu:

The Empanadas de Puerco – $12.00
Pork Empanadas with Black Beans and a Mole Sauce

Agua Chile de Camaron – $13.00
Serrano Shrimpe Ceviche served over Guacamole

 

New Additions to the Entrees Menu:

Pescado del Dia – $32.00
Catch of the Day

Alambre de Res – $27.00
Flank steak, bacon, poblano and bell peppers with Monterey Jack cheese, lime and salsa verde with flour tortillas

Items Removed from the Entrees Menu:

Huachinango a la Parrilla – $29.00
Pan-seared Snapper served with a Cascabel Pepper Reduction, Roasted Tomatillos Serranos, Onions, Queso Fresco, and Esquites

Ensalada de Salmon – $26.00
Grilled Salmon served over Mixed Greens tossed in a Serrano-Avocado Vinaigrette

 

New Additions to the Margaritas Menu

Café de Oaxaca – $15.00
Ilegal mescal, vanilla ice cream, coffee and agave nectar

Items Removed from the Margaritas Menu

5 de Mayo -$15.00
“Gracias a Dios” gin (100% agave), agua de jamaica, Combier grapefruit liqueur, pomegranate liqueur, fresh lime juice. On the rocks with hibiscus salt rim.

Note: The dessert and kids menus look to remain the same.
