The junk food experts over at @candyhunting recently posted something on Instagram that caught our eye. Two new ice cream flavors inspired by the upcoming Toy Story 4 movie! Edy’s/Dreyer’s has concocted two new flavors for the long-awaited sequel, including Cinnamon Churro Carnival Combo and Chocolate Peanut Butter Midway Mash-Up.

The artwork on the containers features Forky, Ducky and Bunny, Woody, and Buzz. At first, we wondered if this was just another case of “slap a character on it and hike up the price.” (Which, depending on the design, we’d probably fall for anyway.) However, upon closer inspection, the chocolate peanut butter flavor actually features mini chocolate Buzz Lightyears, making it a great need.
Edy’s/Dreyer’s has a longstanding tradition of creating limited edition ice cream flavors for Disney movie premieres, and they produced a similar set of flavors (also with chocolate Toy Story shapes) for the release of Toy Story 2.Â
Similar to what happened with the boxed Mickey Ice Cream Bars, we’re only seeing listings of these flavors on Instacart for now, so it’s worth searching in your area for potential availability. Expect to see these pop up at select local grocery stores as we near the movie’s June 21 release date.
