With Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy moving in next door, G-Force Records has had to shuffle around their studio’s patio a bit. Just last week, we noticed the arrival of a mystery construction box signaling the eventual move of the current FastPass+ entrance queue to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. Well today, the current FastPass+ touch point officially closed and the mystery box was removed, unveiling the new entrance.

Stand-By and Single Rider queues remain in their usual places, but the current (now old?) FastPass+ touch points and entrance are now closed. Guests with FastPasses are currently checked in at the merge point up ahead in the queue.
A large set of planters now blocks off the FastPass+ entrance. Planters have pretty much taken over that entire area.
The snazzy new FastPass+ touch points are somewhat ready for their big debut, but they currently have red covers on.
If you’re getting a bit of déjà vu, it’s because that area used to be the old paper FastPass distribution area!
Shifting this entrance to the left should help alleviate any traffic or bottlenecking into Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy once it opens. With Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy pulling into Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 31, there are bound to be many more changes coming to this area in the coming weeks.
