We’ve been watching the Disney Skyliner gondolas like hawks. Not only because they’re a fascinating new transportation offering, but because now we can actually see some of the designs through the tarps. Last time we saw the gondolas, we saw a few of them testing at full speed, launching out and up from the main station at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Now it seems like there are more gondolas than ever before on cable lines.
First, let’s take a look at the designs we were able to see. Get ready to squint.
Pooh and Friends
Pooh and Piglet on a blustery day.
Owl amidst the fallen leaves.
And Tigger, peering down at what’s below.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Snow White seems pretty okay with being cramped in there with 7 other people and no A/C.
You can see Bashful gazing down below.
Sleepy and Grumpy hang out atop a pile of mined gems.
Mickey, Minnie, and Friends
Donald, Daisy, Huey, Dewey, and Louie
Goofy
We can’t quite make out the designs of some of these.
Check out how many gondolas there are on the line! This gives us a better look at how this will all look once it’s fully operational and actively transporting guests.
Take a look at how they’re traveling and rolling in and out of the main station at Disney’s Hollywood Studios:
