There’s a new monthly specialty dog at Casey’s Corner in the Magic Kingdom and it’s a whopping behemoth of corned beef. In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, March’s Hot Dog of the Month is the Corned Beef Hash Hot Diggity Dog.

The hot dog is topped with crispy potatoes, corned beef, cabbage, and a Blarney sauce drizzle. It’s served with a side of fries, too.

First of all, the crispy potatoes made it almost impossible to eat without cutting it. The sauce was drizzled across the whole hot dog, but the rest of the ingredients were scarce, or simply hiding at the bottom.

Overall, the hot dog was tasty and we’d certainly recommend it if you’re looking for something unique and different, not to mention filling, even at just the regular, non-footlong size.
