Jaleo at Disney Springs recently opened with much fanfare and we made our way out there to try their amazing Spanish cuisine (served with a side of whimsy). Their quick service location, Pepe, is also open. But what if you get a craving for paella or croquetas in the middle of the day?

At the time of the restaurant’s debut, it was only open for dinner, serving guests from 5:00 PM through 11:00 PM. Well starting today, we have been informed by the lead hostess that they are open for lunch from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM every day.

For now, lunch will feature the same menu as dinner, but they intend to tailor the lunch menu to offer guest favorites, keeping the expanded menu for dinner only.

We highly recommend that you pay a visit to Jaleo for an amazing meal with unmatched service. Fair warning, though: You may need an afternoon nap after that delicious bowl of paella.
