It’s a beautiful morning to visit the Magic Kingdom. The sky is bright blue and the crowds are ready for a full day of fun and excitement. Let’s see what’s new!
More water has been drained from the area closest to Tomorrowland Terrace. We can see the barrier has been removed and another one set up farther back. The ducks seem to be missing the water.
More painting and repairs are taking place while the moat is dry.
The Tomorrowland Speedway is getting closer to reopening. Walls had been put up while painting was taking place. The walls have been taken down, but the area is still roped off.
Looking into the track, we can see a fresh coat of paint being applied around the walls. More section of track is being repaired.
The pathway leading towards Fantasyland is still open for guest traffic. We can see the area is being sectioned off and walls are going up close to the bridge by Sleepy Hollow Refreshments.
Construction continues on the Tron coaster.
Although the Hei Hei Cone has returned to Adventureland, our beloved spitting camel has not. The dry area has been overtaken by strollers.
After a quick stop in the Emporium, the new Cinderella “Have Courage and Be Kind” Alex and Ani bracelet is available for $49.95.
Over at Mickey’s Star Traders, the PatcheD Emperor’s New Groove and Patriotic patches were spotted.

Are they going to fix the terrible gas smell all around the speedway from by the cars? When it’s running we can’t eat nearby and even walking through can make us nauseous at the end of a long hot day.
I’m sure I’m about the 10,000th person to ask this, but does anyone think that a potentially logical re-brand for Tomorrowland Speedway would be something affiliated with the Cars franchise? I’m generally not a fan of IP re-brands – and understand that Cars would be better served in Hollywood Studios – but it seems like this could be an ideal fit … or over at Test Track …
