Just in time for the park’s 30th anniversary celebration, four Guest Experience Team podiums have sprouted up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guest Experience Teams assist guests with booking, modifying, and recovering FastPass+ selections, navigating the My Disney Experience app, and deactivating/reactivating MagicBands.

As you’ll see below, each podium is specifically themed and designed to the area it’s located in. The team will roam the park, but can also be found in the following locations during normal park hours:

Center Stage – Near the Movie Cameraman Statue

This is the only location with a wait and show times board, so if your app is acting up again, feel free to pass by here as you’re entering the park and check up on the current wait times.

For a podium, we’re pretty obsessed with this amazing Art Deco design and logo.

Sunset Boulevard – Near Tower of Terror

We love the antique wood design on this one.

Pixar Place – Near the entrance to Toy Story Land

For reference, this one’s located by where the old Slinky Dog Dash DAS return time distribution was previously located.

(That has since moved about 30 feet down.)

Echo Lake – Right across the entrance to Path of the Jedi

Cast Members on the Guest Experience Team can be easily identified by their blue shirts with the Guest Experience Team logo featuring the Tower of Terror. And just so you don’t miss them or mistake them for other blue-polo-wearing guests at the park, here’s a look at their uniform:

Guests Experience Teams were first introduced to the Magic Kingdom back in December and made a permanent offering this March. No start date has been set for these teams at Epcot or Disney’s Animal Kingdom yet, but we’ll keep you updated as anything gets announced.
