Guests Will Be Allowed to Visit Disneyland Paris in Costume This Star Wars Day

May the force be with you, always. But particularly on May 4th in Disneyland Paris!

In celebration of beloved International Star Wars Day 2019, the force will be strong in Disneyland Paris. There will be special treats and surprises across Discoveryland, all in honor of the day made famous for sounding like the iconic franchise quote: “May the 4th Be With You”.

For one day only, Disneyland Paris policy has been (partially) lifted, with guests allowed to visit the parks dressed up as their favourite galactic heroes… or villains. As this is usually not permitted for adult guests, this is a great excuse to get in costume and head out for some rare and exciting photo opportunities!

Please remember, however, that masks and costumes which cover the face will not be allowed on guests older than 12, so leave those at home. Not to worry though, as face painters and make-up artists will be on hand to do Star Wars-inspired galactic designs!

In food news, Café Hyperion will be serving up their gourmet BB-8urger, and we can be sure to see the Darth Vader Waffle and TIE Fighter cookies all over Instagram.

Other special experiences taking place throughout the park will include meet & greet appearances from Darth Vader, Chewbacca and R2D2, with Storm Troopers on patrol to make sure all is in order. Of course, a ride on Hyperspace Mountain and Star Tours are both absolute must-dos.

Don’t forget, you can read up on our coverage of last year’s May 4th events at Disneyland Paris here.

And May the 4th be with you!
