The heat and humidity is officially back for the season around the Walt Disney World Resort, so let’s get this photo report started before things get too heated. Welcome to another day at Magic Kingdom!
One of my first stops of the day was a trip around Tomorrowland on the PeopleMover.
The PeopleMover is one of the best places to get a good view of the construction on the upcoming TRON coaster. The support columns are popping up like daisies over there, it’s exciting to see some vertical progress after having kept an eye on this project and seeing them work on the foundation for so long. I can’t wait to see track start getting installed.
I’ve had to alter my usual route around Magic Kingdom since the recent closing of the pathway by Cinderella Castle. I already miss the views and the wrought iron benches of this pathway. I’m hoping this project moves quickly, and honestly, if those benches don’t come back, Magic Kingdom will have lost a little bit of its charm.
Taking bets on if the scrim around Castle Couture will ever come down.
Pretty sure only one of these is an ear headband. The other is definitely a Duck butt.
On my way through Adventureland, I passed by my favorite snacks, the spring roll cart, and noticed a brand new flavor had hit the park: Cuban Spring Rolls. Don’t miss the full review to see how these ranked compared to other recent flavors, and my all-time favorite Magic Kingdom treat, the Cheeseburger spring rolls.
That’s it for my day around Magic Kingdom! Keep checking WDWNT for the latest news and I’m sure I’ll see you again soon!
