Let’s take a look around the most magical place on earth; the Magic Kingdom. What’s new you may ask? Well, let me show you.

Merchandise

We first spotted these Pirates of the Caribbean key chains out on the West Coast. It’s good to see that they’ve made it over here. Appropriately, they were in the gift shop at the exit of the attraction.

I really like this one, I think it’s classy.

Do you love Mary Poppins but also need a new ball cap? Well, have I got the perfect thing for you…

Construction and Maintenance

Construction on the Cinderella Castle western path is moving along at a feverish pace. They finally closed it off the other day, which should probably help speed up the process.

The orange-tipped steel rods outline where the new walls will go. This looks like the path will almost double in width.

Over in Tomorrowland, the construction site for the new Tron attraction is developing quickly as well.

The supports for the coaster track have been popping up like dandelions over the last few days. You can see on this half of the foundation where even more supports will go.

The Tomorrowland Speedway re-opens soon. They’ve got almost the entire Cast back to get it up and running. They had been running on a skeleton crew for the last few months while construction was going on.

You can see that they’ve finally started testing the old cars on the new track.

More painted walls in Tomorrowland! This time at the old location of Stitch’s Great Escape.

Looks like it’s just the first coat so far. White seems to be the new color for this land.

Some rough edges. I’m sure they’ll smooth it out.

Et Cetera

Hey, check out these giant donuts. They’re huge. Gigantic. Quite large. Oh, they’re also shaped like Mickey Mouse.

Wait a minute, who’s that in the rafters of the Briar Patch?

Oh, hey there, B’rer Rabbit. He looks comfortable, we best leave him be.

That’s it for today! Check back with us next time for more fun and interesting looks at Magic Kingdom.

Difficult to watch with commercials every 90 seconds or so.
