Another day, and even more track has been installed at TRON Lightcycle Power Run. The construction has really started speeding along lately, with multiple track pieces popping up every day that we’ve checked lately.
That entire top section, that appears to be a brake run, was installed overnight from our last update. I wouldn’t be surprised if those pieces from that banked turn in the front of the photo are there tomorrow morning.
If you’re looking to catch your own view of the TRON construction, the best places are from the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, and the queue at the Barnstormer.
The TRON Lightcycle Power Run coaster is scheduled to open at Magic Kingdom in time for Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021. Of course, if you can’t wait, you can watch our video of its sister attraction from Shanghai Disneyland here:
