New Chip ‘n’ Dale Animated Series Announced for Disney+

We hope you’re in for even more kooky animated fun when Disney+ debuts, because it appears the lineup of animated series set to premiere with the streaming service just got better.

According to What’s On Disney Plus, a brand-new Chip ‘n’ Dale comedy series was just announced for Disney+ at this year’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival.

We’re getting strong Big City Greens vibes with this promotional still of the upcoming (yet to be officially named) series, which will include 39 episodes of about 7 minutes runtime each. Stranded and struggling in a big, scary new city, Chip and Dale will get into all kinds of mischief in this slapstick comedy series.

The series is actually being produced in the UK and France in a collab between Disney and Xilam Animation, the French animation company behind shows like Mr. Magoo, Oggy & the Cockroaches and I Lost My Body.

Other animated series coming to Disney+ include Legend of The Three Caballeros and the new “Monsters, Inc.” spinoff, Monsters At Work.
