Guest Experience Team Coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom on July 14

The Guest Experience Team, following successful trials at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios, will soon be coming to Animal Kingdom. Starting July 14, 2019, the Guest Experience Team will be stationed throughout Animal Kingdom to assist guests with anything they may need, like FastPass+ issues or dining information.

Typically these Cast Members are stationed at specific locations throughout their respective park so guests know where to get assistance. However, the locations for Animal Kingdom have not been posted as of yet, so stay tuned for that information.

Guest Experience Cast Members already assist guests at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios at the following locations:

Magic Kingdom

  • Main Street, U.S.A.
  • Adventureland
  • Frontierland
  • Fantasyland
  • Tomorrowland

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

  • Hollywood Boulevard
  • Echo Lake
  • Toy Story Land
  • Sunset Boulevard

Currently, Epcot remains the only park that has yet to receive Guest Experience Teams.

  1. 3 of us were there 2 weeks ago. Too crowded, could not get reasonable time for a couple rides. Not familiar with whole fast pass thing, ride was for evening! left after lunch, which was best thing all day. Had veggie bowls, perfect meal for the heat. Otherwise, just not fun. Won’t do Disneyparks unless hell freezes over or forced to by grandkids.
