We’re gathered here tonight, around the fire — as people of all lands have gathered for thousands and thousands of years before us — to share the light, and to share a story… a story about America. “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” will end its nearly 20-year run on September 30, 2019, and tonight was the final chance to experience the patriotic Fourth of July grand finale of this beloved nighttime spectacular.
Of course, we braved the Fourth of July crowds at Epcot to bring you a unique look the last-ever “Heartbeat of Freedom” fireworks tag. Check out the full fireworks spectacular below!
Here’s a different look at the same Fourth of July tag from 2017, for a historical perspective:
If you couldn’t choose between either of the major Fourth of July fireworks shows on property tonight and you ended up choosing IllumiNations (…we don’t blame you) we also have a video of yesterday’s “Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. Check it out here!
From all of us here at WDWNT, we hope you had a safe and happy Fourth of July, and have a great holiday weekend!
