With select Disney Skyliner stations set to open by August 28th, the clock is definitely ticking for project construction timelines. With lines testing near daily, evacuation procedures in place, and signage already posted at some stations, it seems the final touches across property are finally being made, and over at Hourglass Lake between Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and Disney’s Pop Century Resort, it appears some walls are down at the station, offering us a first look at the newly-constructed restrooms, the station queue, and even more design elements.

As you walk on over from Art of Animation, you see the new bathrooms, which include a set of water fountains.

The bathrooms are closed off for now as they aren’t in service.

In the middle of the Generation Gap Bridge is the main station. There are still some walls up around the main entrance to the station.

Two character gondolas were parked inside the station when we passed by.

As you walk on over to Disney’s Pop Century Resort, the walls extend on out to the entrance of the Generation Gap Bridge on that side.
