We’re currently in the midst of the dog days of summer. While the heat may be rough, we’ve found something even more “ruff” to help you get through the summer. Everything POP Shopping and Dining at Pop Century has brought us another adorable cupcake, this time themed around our furry friends. Let’s dig our paws into this one and see if it’s as good as it looks!

This chocolate peanut butter dessert is decorated by two glittering sugar paws placed atop a swirling, golden buttercream icing. The edge of the frosting has a mix of crispy pearls, sprinkles, and sugar that give just a little pop of color to the cupcake.

Underneath all the decoration is a chocolate cake that looks amazing. We can’t wait to try the chocolate and peanut butter combination together.

As always, we split our cupcake down the center to find what treasures await us. This cupcake doesn’t come packed with sprinkles or healthy fruit. Nope, it’s just crammed with more creamy peanut butter and thick chocolate fudge. This cupcake is absolutely heavenly. We thought the JAWS Shark Cupcake was incredible as well, so it looks like Pop Century is gonna give some of our other favorite resorts a run for their money. Watch out, Contempo Cafe. Look at that fudge! It’s cold, rich, and delicious. There’s also some peanut butter cream in the center, but it’s primarily filled with fudge.

The peanut butter buttercream is ridiculously smooth. Honestly, this cupcake is all around dreamy. The peanut butter frosting is extra creamy and the taste is delightful. With the extremely fresh chocolate cake and cold fudge filing, this is the perfect trifecta of cake, filling, and frosting.
