If you’re staying as a resort guest at Disney’s Pop Century in the near future, and you plan on using Disney’s Resort Airline Check-in service, you may want to be aware of some ongoing refurbishments.
On the right-hand side of the lobby, you’ll see that the hallway that is normally home to the Resort Airline Check-in process is closed off.
The outside door that faces the pool is also currently behind walls.
The area is being refurbished to improve the overall guest experience. The old area could get pretty tight.
The signage was confusing to say the least, but it appears that the temporary check-in is outside near the “luggage assistance” window, at the front of the building.
I’m sure they want all check-in experiences to be in tip-top shape, especially with the Disney Skyliner opening soon (and, Disney hopes, driving traffic to this resort). No word on how long this project will take, but we’ll keep you updated!
