Good Journey, friends! We made another trip to Galaxy’s Edge today to try one of the new menu items unique to Batuu on the East Coast, the Coruscant Cooler at Ronto Roasters.

We’ve already tried and reviewed every other menu item at the almost identical Ronto Roaster’s at Disneyland, but with Disney’s Hollywood Studios having a much more relaxed policy on alcohol, the alcoholic Coruscant Cooler was added to the menu here.

The Coruscant Cooler is a premixed drink, made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Sweet Vermouth, Cranberry, and Lime Juice. With all of these flavors and ingredients, the bourbon and the cranberry were definitely the two that came through the strongest on taste. To be honest, this drink felt like a pretty standard fruity mixed drink that you can find at almost any bar, and wasn’t special or strong enough to warrant the $15 price tag. I still appreciate the themed name, though.

I, of course, got a Ronto Wrap to accompany my Coruscant Cooler, and I can say that it remains one of the best park snacks I’ve tried, so Ronto Roaster’s is still a can’t miss on your visit to Batuu. May the spires keep you!
