Welcome to Epcot, where “Every Person Comes Out Tired” after navigating a labyrinth of construction walls after drinking around the world. We’re going to have to get used to all the changes around here. Let’s start our journey by taking a look at some of the walls around the front of the park.
As soon as you enter the park, you’ll find walls to your left where the final Leave a Legacy monoliths were removed.
Guest Relations is still open, but there’s a wall wrapping from the restrooms to the doors. We can even see a pile of dirt over the wall.
Walls take up most of the view once you get beyond Spaceship Earth. It’s such a strange view, but there’s a small pathway open near the entrance of MouseGear.
The walls wrap around the Fountain of Nations and Fountain View, and continue all the way to the old Club Cool.
Walls can be found near the Coral Reef entrance, with mounds of dirt and ripped-up tree roots visible over these walls, too.
It’s so quiet over here.
Outside of MouseGear, walls start up along the entrance, and make their way towards the new Donut Box location by Test Track.
From what we can see, not much has changed at the site of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, but we’re excited for the new attraction!
We can see scrims are all around the old Wonders of Life now.
Over at the construction site for Space 220, things have been progressing very slowly. Hopefully, there’s a lot more happening inside the building than outside. The restaurant should open later this year, so we’re keeping an eye on the progress.
The new restrooms are coming along nicely. We can see they’ve started installing the roof.
Canada looks good, the scrims are down, so we can see the work taking place. The rocks are in need of a fresh coat of paint. Also, it seems some of the fake trees on the hills are still wrapped in plastic for now.
We can’t see too much of what’s happening over at the American Adventure.
Time for a little shopping! We stopped into France and saw this cute Spirit Jersey for $64.99. This Paris Spirit Jersey features Mickey and Minnie in front of the Eiffel Tower. The back says “Paris Je T’aime” (Paris, I love you) in black lettering with a heart for the apostrophe. This is such a cute top, but I know I would spill something and ruin it too easily.
Pumpkin Spice Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches are a new must-have. This snack tastes even more amazing than it sounds, so don’t let the International Food and Wine Festival distract you. You need this.
We also spotted a new banner outside of the construction in France. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is coming summer 2020 and we can’t wait!
Arendelle Aqua reversible sequin Mickey pillows are so much fun! They’re $26.99.
We stopped in to say hi to our favorite sisters from Arendelle.
Inside the Art of Disney, we found some amazing new Trader Sam’s artwork, with a matching shirt, tumbler, and notebook.
Our beloved Epcot is certainly going through some changes right now, but we can’t wait to see the final product. Thanks for joining us today, and be sure to stay tuned for more updates on all the changes happening at Epcot!
