Bonjour! and welcome to the France pavilion at Epcot, where tasty new adventures await!

As we reported earlier, the Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction in Epcot will open in Summer 2020. In this attraction, you’ll shrink to the size of Chef Remy and race through Gusteau’s restaurant on a wild adventure. While construction continues on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, additional touches are being added throughout the back alley of the pavilion, including a Creperie and additional guest restrooms.

Off to the side, you can see that new columns are being added to the area. The new Parisian street will wrap around the back of the existing pavilion, leading to a dead end where the entrance of the Ratatouille ride stands.

You can see some of the partially completed columns here, with the new guest restrooms to the right, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure to the far left, and smack dab in the middle is the a new restaurant coming to the France pavilion, La Creperie de Paris. We first caught sight of the initial walls for the creperie back in August, but it seems to have made substantial progress since then.

The creperie will offer both table- and quick-service options featuring a menu from celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, who also heads Les Chefs de France. With a menu inspired by the Brittany region of France, the new location will offer table service dining as well as a quick-service stop for guests craving savory crepes called galettes and sweet crepes.

You can read more about the upcoming Creperie here and read about the small, hole-in-the-wall window stall that inspired it here.
