Greetings from the Magic Kingdom! Watch as the Most Magical Place on Earth hunkered down today ahead of Hurricane Dorian.

While the main effects of the hurricane felt in the area were merely wind and occasional rain, it appears the caretakers of the Kingdom took no chances, securing all if not most signage and fixtures.

Take a tour with our reporter Annie as she walks you through all of the final preparations throughout the day, culminating in the final, rare early closing announcement at 3:00 PM in the video below.

If you were out in the parks today, we’d love to hear your experiences. Leave a comment below! And as a reminder, Epcot and Disney Springs will be open today until 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, respectively. Stay safe out there!

You can check for any further updates for Hurricane Dorian from the National Hurricane Center here.
