Rise and shine, because it’s time to go to the Magic Kingdom!
Clang! Clang! Clang! Went the trolley… or monorail, in this case. The resort monorail to be exact. And look what we spotted while riding:
For those who don’t know, this is the in-progress walkway that will soon connect the Grand Floridian to the Magic Kingdom. It’s about time, right? We can’t let the Contemporary have all the fun.
That’s not the only work we spotted this morning, we also stumbled upon a bit of Main Street that had some fresh cement laid down.
I guess one Donald Duck sign was all that was in the budget.
This gentleman definitely had a bigger budget, though, as he presented his princess with an engagement ring, right in front of Cinderella’s Castle! And yes, she said YES!
There’s talent everywhere you go in Disney.
Over at Tommorowland Light & Power Co., we spotted yet another IPhone 11 case design for $34.99. This one featuring a rather patriotic Mickey Mouse.
We also found these available over at Curtain Call Collectibles for $29.99. I’m patiently awaiting a “Made in the ’90s” one. Though I should probably get myself an IPhone 11, first…
Over at Star Traders, it seems they are in the process of removing some of the black boards to reveal some patched-up white walls.
After our exciting new update on TRON Lightcycle Run we decided to stop by to see what today had to bring us. Luckily we got to see some action as workers were laying a new beam via crane. It’s always fun to see construction in progress!
Mickey had a short wait time later in the day. Very rare seeing as Tinker Bell, who was right next door, was at nearly an hour!
We had to of course stop by to see some of the demolition of the Walk Around the World bricks to make room for Magic Kingdom’s new arrival experience. Fun fact: My brick was around this very corner. RIP.
And that’s all from the Magic Kingdom!
M-I-C, see you real soon!
K-E-Y, Why? Because we like you!
