Good morning from a beautiful, breezy day at the Magic Kingdom. We’re here bright and early to see what’s new, so let’s head off to Tomorrowland!
When we arrived in Tomorrowland, we noticed the iconic signs outside of Mickey’s Star Traders are still gone. These metal, 3D sculpted images have hung outside the store next to both entrances throughout the painting and refurbishment, but today have been completely removed. In their place, two wooden planks, covered by tarps. We’re afraid we might never see them again, but we’ll be keeping an eye on these two spots.
Inside the store, the first half has reopened with new registers and displays, and refurbishment is now taking place on the other side of the store.
Taking a ride on the PeopleMover, we found that the outside track of TRON Lightcycle Run is starting to take shape. Check out the latest update here for all the details!
