Greetings, World Travelers! EPCOT is bright, sunny, and warm today––a perfect day for exploring and playing. Let’s go see what all is happening around the world.
It’s (finally) beginning to look a lot like Christmas around EPCOT and the World Showcase! While most of Walt Disney World had already been decked out in its Christmas best, EPCOT was lagging a bit. Now Future World and the World Showcase are proudly displaying their Christmas decor. Garden Grill’s tree is beautiful and festive.
This wreath in The Land is so colorful and cheerful!
Port of Entry has gorgeous red and green garland.
Canada’s garland has touches of tree branches and white accents.
The United Kingdom has traditional garland stuffed with Christmas crackers.
This giant tea set with holly and a tree also sits in the United Kingdom pavilion.
France features three ornaments sliced in half with iconic Parisian scenes. This one pictures the Arc de Triomphe.
This one shows some delicious treats, including a Yule log, or Buche de Noel.
This one depicts the Eiffel Tour.
Germany displays beautiful, simple, and traditional garlands.
All the halls of Norway are decked with warm, inviting garland and lights.
Over at The Art of Disney, we spotted these two Frozen Precious Moments figurines.
Anna and Olaf hug each other on a small snow covered base in the figurine titled “You Melt My Heart.” They retail for $60.
Elsa throws her hands up like she’s belting Let it Go in the figurine/ornament titled “Have a Magical Season.” She retails for $35.
The restrooms in Future World East near Test Track and Mission: SPACE is closed for refurbishment. They are expected to reopen in early 2020.
In Germany’s Kunstarbeit in Kristall, we found this commemorative 25th Anniversary “All I Want for Christmas is You,” ornament. The ornament is a Swarovski snowflake on a red ribbon with “MC” printed on it.
Finally, on our way out we caught Chef Daisy strolling through The World Showcase serving up some sass and working it for the cameras!
That’s all for our trip around the world at EPCOT today! All those Christmas decorations make us excited for the holiday season… and Festival of Holidays!
