Not to be outdone by the other holiday food offerings throughout Disney Springs, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. has given us Turkey Sliders just in time for Thanksgiving. Boy, are we thankful they did! The eatery normally only offers a selection of specialty sausages (obviously), so we were intrigued to see how the Turkey Sliders would turn out.

For $10.99, you receive two gourmet turkey sliders with a small bowl of gravy for dipping. These sliders might be small, but they pack a powerful, tasty punch.

The turkey patties are high quality with top notch flavor. Savory chopped unions are in the meat patties, so when grilled the patties take on an extra level of flavor and juiciness. The meat was perfectly cooked.

The arugula served on the burger adds a fresh element to the plate. The cranberry sauce had us cheering. The reduction of the cranberries was elegantly executed striking a delicious balance between sweetness and tartness.

The brown gravy served on the side was light, making it easy for dipping. We took a few bites of our slider with the gravy and then ate the rest of the slider plain. The gravy isn’t bad. It’s just not needed, because the sliders are so tasty on their own.
