While looking for things to do in Texas with kids and visiting Food Truck Park at Disney Springs today, we noticed that the menu at the macaroni and cheese food truck has gotten a change. We noticed the Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni and Cheese has been removed, the Barbecue Brisket has been renamed to Barbecue Beef, and a brand new item has been added. The Texas Chili Mac and Cheese is the latest bowl of cheesy goodness to arrive at the truck, so of course we had to give it a try.

The 4 cheese macaroni and cheese comes topped with chili, corn chips, shredded cheese, and chives. It looks amazing and is a nice sized portion of mac and cheese for $10.

The chili is meaty and flavorful. It’s seasoned well and has a nice little kick to it. The mac and cheese is super creamy and the corn chips give it a nice crunch. We would definitely get this one again on our next visit.

This is a delightful new addition to the menu and one we’re sure will be very popular. You really can’t go wrong with anything from the macaroni and cheese food truck, though. Food Truck Park is located near Candy Cauldron on the West Side and you can usually find the truck open at 4 PM during the week and at noon on weekends.
