“Mangiare—savor a seasonal take on some of the world’s best-loved food and beverages at the Italy Pavilion!” is how EPCOT is promoting the Tuscany Holiday Kitchen at the 2019 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. We’ve never been big fans of any of the food booths for any festival found in the Italy pavilion, but with almost an entirely new menu this year, maybe this year will be different.

Is the Italian “food booth” run by Disney or by the Patina group?? There seems to be such a disparity of quality from “within” the Italy restaurants to what is offered at the food booth on the promenade, one has to wonder where the issues lie.
