Florida is pretty warm most of the year, but for a few short weeks, we experience our version of “winter”. As the cold weather sets in, we notice portable heaters popping up around outdoor seating areas in various restaurants. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen has transformed their patio seating area just in time for winter. The windows are now enclosed, keeping in the warmth (or air conditioning!) while still allowing guests a beautiful view of Disney Springs. Take a look at the changes to the patio.
The windows make the whole room feel a lot brighter.
Guests dining on this newly enclosed patio will still have a beautiful view of Disney Springs while they eat.
The rest of the restaurant and bar is connected and can be seen from the enclosed patio area, so you don’t feel isolated from the restaurant, either.
We’ll be making our way over to Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ Florida Kitchen for some moonshine real soon, and we’re looking forward to trying out the new enclosed patio.
The worst food in all of Disney. Eat the chicken, you’ll get sick for sure.
