Pork belly is mostly fat. It’s basically uncured bacon that’s not thinly sliced. To say it’s fatty is stating the obvious.
Here’s fatty and then there’s chewy pork belly. This was just chewy, not tender.
I totally disagree with the review of the Mexican White Sangria, it was absolutely phenomenal. I found it to be evenly balanced and quite flavorful. Yes it is sweet but it’s made with sweet white wine so you expect that.
Yeah, we thought it was overly sweet.
