With the coveted Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run attraction coming soon to Disney FASTPASS and Disney MaxPass, prices have increased on the popular add-on service.
MaxPass now costs $20 a day, an increase of $5 a day (or 33%) from last year’s price of $15. The MaxPass add-on for Annual Passholders is now $125 (up from $100). Currently, paper FastPasses issued at attraction kiosks are still free.
Guests can also now use Apple Pay to purchase MaxPass on the Disneyland App.
For me, worth it completely up until about $35 per person i’d say. You can get 3-5 extra Fastpasses using Maxpass than you would just doing free. And the photos are awesome.
I never thought the original price of $10 would last long. Now it’s up to $20 in a relatively short time. No surprises here as I’m sure it’s a popular add-on. I’m okay with it as long as the free paper FastPasses are available for all.
