Barbecue (and Muppet) fans, we have great news for you on this glorious morning.

With tables and signage installed, and the final details being added to the exterior (and interior) of the upcoming fast-casual restaurant, it’s finally getting ready for its grand centennial cook-off, hosted by none other than Sam Eagle. We’ve been checking on the location for signs of a potential opening, but it seems the restaurant’s existing Google listing might hint to an opening this Sunday.

EPCOT’s missed numerous deadlines lately, like Space 220, Eats at the EPCOT Experience, and Taste Track, to name a few. So it’s worth to note that this date might be moved around or further delayed, but in case you were planning on visiting the park this weekend, you won’t want to miss this potential opening.

The Google listing for Regal Eagle Smokehouse lists it opening on February 9, just in time for lunch at 11:30 AM. Currently, no times are listed on the restaurant’s official page within the Walt Disney World website, but given the current progress on the restaurant and its estimated Winter 2019/20 opening, the dates check out.
