Springs’ Street Tacos — the Disney Springs food truck serving south-of-the-border staples such as steak bowls, tacos and chips and salsa at the West Side — will close February 18.

The truck itself is displays a colorful collection of paintings, including ones of Disney Springs, a tiger, flowers and birds. We hope to see this fun truck repurposed for something new.

Just last October, we shared our review of the truck’s Chicken Adobo Nachos and were impressed with the creativity. Either most of you did not agree, or Disney is preparing to introduce a new food truck to Disney Springs. WDW News Today will keep you up-to-date if there’s a replacement.
