If you’re looking to support local businesses while stocking up with tasty baked goods for your prolonged quarantine, Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC is open just for the weekend at Disney Springs, with limited hours and a menu full of gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, and kosher treats available to-go.

Now, given that most, if not all of Disney Springs is currently closed, getting there might be tricky, so if you’re deciding to trek out for some treats, here are some important logistical notes:

• The bakery is aiming to open at 11:00 AM today and will be open through 6:00 PM.
• On Sunday, the bakery plans to be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• In order to park and be able to access the bakery, guests need to park in the Lime Garage – Valet Loop by Basin. No other parking lots are currently open at Disney Springs.

While you’re there, my suggestions are to opt for any of the tea cakes or brownie cupcakes, as those are my personal favorites. Selection may be limited given the current situation.
