As part of its multi-year transformation, Hong Kong Disneyland’s iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle is becoming the Castle of Magical Dreams. The newly reimagined Castle will stand as a shining beacon of courage, hope and possibility, drawing inspiration from 13 beloved Disney stories featuring princesses and heroines.

And now, as the Castle of Magical Dreams comes together at Hong Kong Disneyland, with it comes a whole new collection of merchandise. Today, our friends at Disney Magical Kingdom Blog have shared with us the all-new “Build Your Own Dreams” merchandise series featuring Duffy and his friends ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, and CookieAnn.

You’ll notice that the new Build Your Own Dreams collection features bright, carnival-like colors dotted with confetti. This is to emphasize the excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the reimagined castle.

The collection not only include outfits for Duffy & Friends plush, but Tsum Tsums (which are thankfully still going strong at HKDL) and apparel as well.

As always, accessories and housewares like towels and mugs have also been released.

As a reminder, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has been closed since January 26th, 2020 to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the city. The second of the resorts to close, our previous update was merely of an eerily empty park. While Shanghai Disney Resort is taking steps towards normality, this is not the case yet for Hong Kong Disneyland.

We hope that the parks can reopen soon so we can take in the full splendor of the reimagined castle (and buy some new outfits for Gelatoni while we’re at it!)
