The 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Truck is reopening at Disney Springs on May 20. 4R, or 4 Rivers, is a local barbecue smokehouse chain in the Orlando (and surrounding) area. The restaurant has remained somewhat open throughout the pandemic, offering pop-up drive-thrus at various locations and even basic groceries for customers through their “Groceries 4R You” program.

The food truck, located at Disney Springs Marketplace, will be open from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM. As it is all outdoor tables, capacity will not be limited, but expect floor markers extending out from ordering and pick-up windows in order to ensure social distancing guidelines are met at all times.

Restaurants reopening at Disney Springs on May 20 include Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill,  STK Orlando and Wine Bar George, which recently released a set of health and safety guidelines the restaurant would be adhering to during the phased reopening. This includes the use of digital menus and hand washing/sanitizing stations for employees and guests. You can read all of the guidelines here.
