That being said, I personally prefer these whimsical concoctions best whilst hidden underneath a thatched roof, seated upon a rattan bar stool at the enchanting Tambu Lounge inside Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Unpredictable swirls of rich raspberry zest playfully complement this elevated take on the classic Pina Colada like a coconut dream! Legend has it, you can actually feel your troubles melt away as soon as the cool glass of a Pina Colava is within your grasp. Or, maybe that’s just the excess ice. Either way, you won’t want to waste a drop of this delightful delicacy.

The ocean may have called to Moana, but the Pina Colava will be bound to beckon your name, once you’ve savored your first sip!

• 3 ounces Coco Real Cream of Coconut
• 3 ounces Dole 100% Pineapple Juice
• 1 ounce Raspberry Real Raspberry Puree
• 1 ½ ounce Bacardi Raspberry
• 4-6 cups Ice
• Pineapple Wedge (garnish)
• Whipped Cream (garnish)
• Maraschino Cherry (garnish)

PINA COLAVA FROM WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT – PREPARATION:

1. Pour Coco Real Cream of Coconut, Dole 100% Pineapple Juice, Bacardi Raspberry, and Ice in a electric blender.
2. Blend till contents are smooth.
3. Drizzle a generous layer of Raspberry Real Raspberry Puree inside a clear glass. No, it doesn’t have to be clear. But, it sure looks pretty when it is!
4. Pour contents from blender into glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple, whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry on top!
